The WMS office girls are hitting the ground running; actually sprinting in trying to keep Andrew’s pace! 

I have finally found the desk he’s been working on, I’m happy to confirm Andrew Venables is organised!  Until next month at least...John on the other hand is embracing his emails and joining us in the cyber world-it’s been a massive step forward for the WMS office girls (and we’ve only nagged a little bit).

The media presents a confused picture of shooting and hunting. Some people think both are banned? The truth is British citizens can take up shooting as a sport, a wide range of rifles and shotguns are entirely legal, subject to status and may be used for target shooting, hunting or pest control .

Drought, refreshing rain, the CLA and more…..

After a very warm and dry Spring with lots of bookings, the summer arrived! Wet weather in June and July was much needed for the countryside which was starting to look brown and parched! Having said that,  the rain persisted, on and off for much of June and July and August has started with sunshine and showers. Bookings were a bit quiet in June, July is an odd month for us with the start of the school holidays and the CLA making the last two weeks quiet, as last year.

We are open all year, people hunt all year round all around the world and WMS is the place to learn, practice and prepare for your next shooting challenge. January saw temperatures plummet to -18c at WMS and through the ice wind and snow we did not lose a single day booked!

OMG!

Its December 16th, apparently 9 days to Christmas Why didn't any one warn me, it's the same "out of the blue" surprise every year?

Our first email shot using the cleaned up data base went out a week ago with big spikes on the new web site and plenty for us to work on when we notice that A100 and Events are main areas of client interest and I have not written up the pages yet. Dohhh!
